Kids in southeast Alaska spend lots of time outdoors. Help them to develop skills that will last a lifetime. AMSEA's experienced children's instructors will lead fun activities to introduce your child to the skills they need to survive outdoor emergencies. Day 1 will focus on ways to prevent emergencies and Day 2 will focus on what to do in the event of an emergency. All activities are based on AMSEA's K-12 curriculum, Surviving Outdoor Adventures, and lead by AMSEA trained instructors.
June 28 & 29 (Tue-Wed) 9am-2pm. Cost is $80.
Must be a 4-H member to attend. Class size is limited. Register by June 1st to secure a spot. Separate fees for each camp. Scholarships are available for all activities!
